Oscar is a partner with the law firm of Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama, and he specializes in construction and general business law.

He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association and the Forum on the Construction Industry. He is currently serving as Director of ABC of Alabama and the Chairman of its General/Subcontractor Committee. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Roofing Contractors Association.

Oscar and his wife Sand have four grown children.
