Billy Williams

Billy is the Vice President of Pre-Construction Services for JESCO, Inc. In 1980, he gained a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University.

He and his wife, Laura, live in Montgomery, Alabama, and are members of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church. They have served in the Children’s and Youth Ministries for the past 20 years. Billy also serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders & Construction of Alabama, Inc. and is currently on the Central Alabama Advisory Board Chair.

Billy enjoys playing golf, snow skiing and quail hunting in his spare time.
